Our range of permanent, hard-wearing synthetic papers protect chip and antenna and are particularly suitable for the bookbinding process. Inlays made of neobond® fulfil ICAO requirements for durability and life expectancy.

Easy to process:
neobond® is a paper-based material. There is no danger of microcracking or overstretching of the substrate during the chip-embedding process. In addition, it has a high level of folding resistance and is suitable for multiple printing requirements.
Online thickness measurement device:
Thickness is controlled automatically during production to ensure the highest possible product consistency.
Our variable machine equipment and in-house product development and customer service departments enable us to produce diverse product layouts. We are thus highly reactive to customer demands.
Sustainable solution:
The base paper is produced from sustainably sourced pulp. We do not use any organic solvents, PVC, formaldehydes or ODC compounds during production. The air and waste water emissions generated during production conform to the latest technological standards.

Double side coated paper with synthetic fibres to meet special performance requirements. The coating provides a smooth, fully covered surface for best laminating properties and trouble-free wire embedding.
neobond® uncoated
Double impregnated uncoated paper with synthetic fibres. The impregnation provides a sealed surface for best laminating properties.
